The Giveaway is sponsored by Ajax 405 Race Team, (“Sponsor”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and to Sponsor’s decisions as final and binding. Open only to legal residents of the forty-eight (48) United States and D.C., excluding Florida and New York, who are eighteen (18) years of age or older at time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and contractors of Sponsor (Ajax 405 Race Team), Ajax Motorsports, 405 Mods, and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising/promotion agencies, and suppliers, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, children) and household members of each are not eligible. The Giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.

The Promotion Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Central Time on October 1, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Central Time on March 4, 2026, or when a total of four hundred (400) eligible entries have been received, whichever occurs first; Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeper, and no entries of any kind (including mail-ins) will be accepted after the cap is reached. You may enter by purchasing one entry for one hundred dollars ($100 USD) online at ajax405raceteam.com or in person at 3103 N Flood Ave, Norman, OK; each completed $100 entry purchase processed before the cap or end time equals one (1) entry. To enter without a purchase, mail a legibly handwritten 3" × 5" postcard containing your full name, mailing address, phone, email, date of birth, and the phrase “AJAX 405 FC350 Giveaway — AMOE (1 entry)” in a separate, stamped envelope to: AJAX 405 FC350 GIVEAWAY — AMOE, 3103 N Flood Ave, Norman, OK 73069; limit one (1) mail-in entry per person for the entire Promotion Period; mail-ins must be postmarked by March 4, 2026 and received by March 11, 2026, and are void if illegible, incomplete, bulk-mailed, metered-in-bulk, mechanically reproduced, non-compliant, or received after the cap. If a $100 entry purchase is processed after the 400-entry cap, Sponsor will void it as an entry and, if applicable, refund the purchase; returns/cancellations void associated entries. Sponsor’s entry and transaction records are final. By entering via purchase or mail-in, you consent to receive email announcements from Sponsor per its Privacy Policy and may unsubscribe without affecting your chances of winning.

One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded: a used 2025 Husqvarna FC350 (approximately fifteen hours of use prior to rebuild) finished in AJAX 405 Race Team livery with upgraded components; after the Giveaway ends, the suspension will be set up for the verified winner based on weight, skill, and terrain. Prize is awarded “as-is” without warranty, express or implied, except as required by law; ARV $8,999; winner is solely responsible for transportation/pickup, registration, title, license, insurance, and any applicable taxes/fees; no cash alternative or prize transfer is permitted, though Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received, up to a maximum of 400. The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by Sponsor or its administrator on or about March 5–11, 2026 from among all eligible entries received; the potential winner will be notified using the contact information provided and must respond within three (3) business days and may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, a Liability/Publicity Release where lawful, an IRS Form W-9, and any additional documents within five (5) business days; failure to timely respond or provide required documents, noncompliance with these Rules, or ineligibility may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate. Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099 if required by law.

Where lawful, entry and acceptance of the prize constitute permission for Sponsor and its designees to use the winner’s name, city and state, likeness, voice, statements, and biographical information for advertising and publicity in any media without additional compensation or notice. Entries that are incomplete, forged, fraudulent, automated, bulk, or otherwise non-compliant may be disqualified in Sponsor’s sole discretion; in any dispute over identity, the entrant is the natural person named on the order/receipt for purchase entries or named on the postcard for mail-in entries. Sponsor may cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical issues, force majeure, or other factors impair its integrity or feasibility; if terminated, Sponsor may select a winner from eligible, non-suspect entries received up to the time of action. The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, X/Twitter, or YouTube. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, Ajax Motorsports, 405 Mods, and their respective affiliates and each of their officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or cause of action arising out of participation or prize receipt/use, including technical failures, unauthorized intervention, or errors of any kind. The Giveaway is governed by Oklahoma law; except where prohibited, any disputes will be resolved individually, without class action, exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma County, Oklahoma, with recovery limited to actual out-of-pocket costs and no attorneys’ fees or punitive, incidental, or consequential damages. Information submitted is subject to Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at [insert URL]. To obtain the winner’s name (first name, last initial, state) or another copy of these Official Rules mail a request to AJAX 405 FC350 GIVEAWAY — Winners/Rules, 3103 N Flood Ave, Norman, OK, 73069 within sixty (60) days after the drawing date. Winner is responsible for pick up / delivery fees.
